Building in Phases for Marshall’s Future

To meet today’s housing demand while planning for tomorrow, Millbrook is being built in multiple phases — starting from the east side of the property and expanding westward.

Project Timeline

Phase One

Underway now — 322 apartment homes planned. The first apartments will be available in late 2026.

Phase Two & Beyond

Future development phases will expand the community as Marshall grows, ensuring housing availability for years to come

Community Integration

As part of our phased approach, we’re working with the city to possibly extend the riverwalk and add community features like the dog park. Each phase is designed to enhance Marshall, not overwhelm it, and to fit seamlessly into the fabric of the town.
