Millbrook was created in response to a significant need for new rental housing — an amenity-rich, riverfront community built for modern life and future growth.
Over the past two years, we’ve worked with care to design Millbrook of Marshall: a thoughtfully phased development beginning with 322 new apartments, spanning one- to three-bedroom floorplans in a variety of styles.
Millbrook Place will offer modern apartment homes ranging from junior one-bedrooms to three-bedroom units, with amenities including a fitness center, pool, sports courts, and community spaces. But we’re building more than apartments—we’re creating a community that supports and enhances Marshall.
We’re in conversations with the city to possibly extend the riverwalk system through our property and provide a much-needed dog park for all Marshall residents to enjoy. We’re committed to supporting local businesses and integrating thoughtfully with downtown Marshall rather than competing with it.

The Millbrook name honors the historic mill that once operated on this very site along the Kalamazoo River.
